I really don't give a crap about the RIAA, and you of all people should know this. The RIAA wrote their name on their casket, and are ultimately putting nails in their casket.

I hate the fact they are trying to attack coasttocoastam.com, and tell them that they can't podcast with all the music encoded. For that is what they are currently up to.

I agree 100%. I very rarely listen to mainstream radio thanks to podcasts. And given what the music industry has been up to lately (rootkits, suing children, and advocating for jail time for distributing lyrics), I've decided to stop giving my money to them and start giving it directly to the artists of "podsafe" music.

RIAA? I say big deal. Let them have thieir way, the way they act will be their undoing. There is also a lot of good music that is out there that they have nothing to do with. music.podshow.com and Grageband.com

You do bring up a good point, though. PODCASTING may be free, and may give you unconditional control to what you are listening to, but keep in mind the RIAA made C2CAM remove their "music headers and trailers" from their PODCasts. RIAA don't want to simply die....

Howard Stern RULES!! I love his Radio and TV Shows, and I will "B" gettin' "SIRIUS" about tuning into his satellite shows!!!! ;-)
